How to launch a project in 5 steps

1. Sign up
In the top left corner click "SIGN IN", then click "NEW ACCOUNT", or use the link provided. Please make sure to fill in all the blanks. This way we will be able to get in touch with you in case you need any help during project launch.
Important! Sign up with your business email. It will be incorporated into the contract. Before launching the first project we will sign our basic contract.
2. Choose a solution
Choose the solution that best fits your objective. Every solution has its clues and tips, for instance, under the solution "Ad Visual" it states which questions it helps answer:

  • How popular the banner/flyer is with the public;
  • Is everything clear;
  • Does it attract clients;
  • Which is the better ad option;
  • What needs to be improved

You will see a more detailed solution when you click "start". Don't be afraid to click it. Doing so doesn't mean that the project will launch automatically. You can explore every solution.

On the top left corner you will see a section titled "What will I get?". There you can learn about the methodology, the questionnaire and view the sample report. If you have found the right solution for you simply continue, if not then just select a different solution. You can always contact us via email or phone should any problems emerge or you would like to check anything at all, and we can help and suggest the best solutions for your objectives.
3. Upload materials
Depending on the chosen solution select:

  • Colour
  • Pictures in ".bmp", ".jpg", ".jpeg", ".gif", ".png" formats
  • Videos in ".avi", ".mov", ".mp4", ".mpeg", ".ogg", ".qt", ".webm", ".flv" formats

Pay attention to the tips. They will help you understand how respondents see the materials in the survey and adjust the format of the material accordingly or add the missing information.
4. Select your options and target audience
  • Select the geography
  • Age: no less than 2 bands e.g. 25−35, 35-45
  • Gender
  • The amount of interviews per quota.

5. Launch the project
After you have selected your options, you will see a summary with the price at the bottom of the page. To go ahead with the project click "Launch".

Type in the name of the project. It will not be shown to the respondents.

What happens next?

Double checking
You will get an email informing you that the project has been successfully launched and is now being double checked, which takes no more than 2 hours (9 a.m.- 6 p.m. weekdays).
You will receive an email once we have approved the launch.

Important! We do not do surveys about politics or smoking.

Data collection
You can monitor live data collection from your account. You can see the history of all your projects Under the "Projects" tab. You will see the number of completed interviews under each project.

In the next 24 hours after the launch you will receive an email with a link to the results. You can see the report on the website, download the data in an Excel format and share the link to the results with your colleagues.
