The annoying pricing model that we stay away from

Rimantas Reimontas
Managing Director
Let's talk about a subtle but widespread practice called "drip pricing" – where optional fees discreetly add up, leaving customers with unexpected costs.
The UK government recently found that more than half of firms in the entertainment and hospitality industries operate some kind of drip pricing (read full report here) and one of the notorious culprits is the airline industry.
Airline Extra Fees
Airlines introduce extra optional fees, such as charges for seat selection, baggage, or priority boarding. These fees can catch customers off guard and lead to an inflated final cost (particularly, if paid at the airport).
Hospitality Industry Surprises
Resort fees, parking charges, or Wi-Fi fees might be added on top of the advertised room rate. Often consumers discover these charges only at checkout and can't do anything about it since the service has been already provided.
At Fastuna we believe in clear and upfront pricing.
